3. Insure that the information we hold is accurate and up to date. You may check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. We will delete or correct any inaccuracies promptly upon being notified by you.
4. Honour a customer's request to be removed from our e-mail or newsletter lists.
5. Safeguard all customer information while working with outside companies involved in our provision of service to you.
